Added Per-photo upload validation
Each onboarding photo now returns face / framing / lighting / sharpness checks immediately. No more uploading all seven and finding out the front-facing one was blurry.

Improved Typed contract for the analysis API
Every body-part schema is now pinned in TypeScript and exercised by tests on every commit. Frontend and mobile pull from the same source of truth.

Added Team credentials on the homepage
You can now see who built the analysis pipeline and what their backgrounds are, right on the home page.

Improved Faster waiting-analysis page
The waiting screen now shows live progress per pipeline stage instead of a single spinner.

Fixed Eye colour band detection on darker irises
The classifier was occasionally collapsing deep teal and dark brown into one bucket on low-light photos. Resolved.
